I’m humbled to be quoted in your podcast! It was mentioned that I had said in reference to bill 1246 in the Texas legislature, “I’m in Alabama, so it doesn’t affect us.” Jeri is 100% correct when she points out that “it’s coming.” Texas just happens to be ahead of the curve on this issue, but I am convinced this will be a national trend that every healthcare professional will encounter in the next 12 months.
