HHSC’s Medical Transportation Program will host public forums to hear feedback about the delivery of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services through Managed Transportation Organizations and proposed regional maps. HHSC proposed per diem reimbursement rates for the DADS-operated NF program:
- Base Rates by Resource Utilization Group (RUG) Class
- Enhanced Direct Care Staff Rate Chart
- Liability Insurance Cover Rate Chart
Finally, HHSC intends to submit Transmittal Number 13-014 to the Texas State Plan for Medical Assistance, to update the optometric services section of the Basic State Plan.
